HealNote provides transparent, predictable pricing models designed to scale with your clinical growth. From independent specialists to large multi-facility hospitals, our tiers are built to provide the exact level of AI and security infrastructure your operations require.

Understanding Our Tiers

We offer three primary tiers: Focus (for solo practitioners),Scale (for growing clinics with up to 10 staff), andEnterprise (for large hospitals requiring custom BAAs and unmetered AI computation). You can upgrade your tier at any time through the Billing Console.

All annual subscriptions include a 20% discount and a dedicated clinical success manager to help optimize your MedGemma workflow.

Billing & Subscription FAQs

Staff members are counted based on unique logins with 'Clinical' or 'Admin' privileges. You can have unlimited 'Read-Only' staff (e.g., student observers) without any additional cost, provided they do not interact with the patient vault.
Yes. Enterprise partners have access to our legal portal to request custom Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and security questionnaires required for their specific compliance departments.
We accept all major credit cards, SEPA transfers across Europe, and direct ACH for US-based clinics. For Enterprise annual plans exceeding $25k, we also support traditional invoicing with Net-30 terms.
Focus and Scale tiers have monthly 'Reasoning Tokens' optimized for high-volume care. If you exceed these, the AI remains available but at a slightly slower latency. Enterprise tiers enjoy unmetered, high-priority access to our MedGemma and Claude reasoning clusters.

Managing Your Billing Contact

You can assign a specific Billing Administrator who is not a doctor. This user can manage invoices, update payment methods, and download VAT receipts without ever seeing clinical patient data, ensuring a strict separation between finance and medicine.
